General Questions

How does an artist become part of Sutra? We are currently invitation only. We are a small company and do not have the resources to handle very many artists, so for now we do not accept submissions!

Do you restock sold out clothing items? Once an item is sold out typically it will most likely not be made again.

Why is your clothing so expensive? All of our clothing is produced on a very small scale with the highest quality materials available. We often surpass the fabric and finish quality of much more expensive clothing items. We are a small home-grown business, not a corporation with large production capabilities. 
 

Order / Shipping Questions

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We do ship internationally, to almost any country in the world.

How long does shipping usually take? Our shipping time depends on what you order from us. Please refer to the product page to see exact shipping times.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and PayPal.

Is your website secure? We take website security issues very seriously. We use Google and Paypal payment processing services, both which use the latest industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information.

How do I use a referral or discount code? If you have a referral or discount code, you can enter it during the last step of the checkout process.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed? Once an order is submitted through our website, it is sometimes not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at support@sutraclothing.com to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.

How do I cancel my order? To cancel an order, simply email support@sutraclothing.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.
